Craig (C.A.) Southerland
Founder and Chairman
International Aviation Specialist

For 35 years C.A. has led and developed airlines, air services, contract aviation set-up and administration and dealt with all aspects of purchasing, leasing and registering aircraft, worldwide. His specialty is in areas of the world where others have no experience or simply are unwilling to go. A few of the countries (in addition to the US) where he's guided or been involved with numerous successful aviation projects are Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Tanzania, Zanzibar and South Africa.

He has extensive regulatory experience in numerous countries and has successfully solved regulatory and Civil Aviation Authority problems ranging from the unlawful stoppage of aircraft in Somalia to the liberation of an aircraft crew in the Dominican Republic, to the implementation of scheduled air services in several different Caribbean nations, to the registration of US aircraft to non-US Citizens through the creation and management of FAA approved Aircraft Voting Trusts. He also was the primary author of the winning bid for a USAID contract in excess of $500 million and has authored several other successful bids for highly lucrative governmental contracts.

Justin Southerland
President/COO
International Operations Specialist

Justin was born into international aviation and has spent most of his adult life as an aviation professional. He's previously served as a Manager of two different air cargo and regional passenger operations with service to the Caribbean; as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of two different, large, multinational governmental aviation contractors, during which time he expanded their operations into Africa and worked extensively with operations on behalf of USAID in Afghanistan; and most recently as COO and co-founder of a large, multi-national aviation contractor with operations in Afghanistan, South Sudan, Somalia and Ukraine on behalf the United Nations, the UN's World Food Programme, as well as several other EU and US governmental entities. This company also performed charter operations throughout Africa with missions such as carrying Ebola medical supplies to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and some charter missions to various destinations in Europe.
Justin's forte is being the first boots on the ground in any new or potential destination, no matter how underdeveloped it might be. He's the trusted partner that we call on to lead our advance teams, establish initial relationships and plan for and procure critical infrastructure. We like to call him our "tip of the spear" guy. There's really no place that Justin is unwilling to go, and no project that he won't tackle with zeal. Justin's also quite adept at leading ongoing operations in the various countries in which we've worked.

Justin graduated from Delta State University with a degree in Aviation Administration.
